A digital art trail launches across Wigan and Leigh in empty shop windows and across green spaces. This exciting commission from The Turnpike has been developed by Brass Art, and explores the the sensation of touch in relation to the natural and industrial history of the borough. As touch has been restricted by the pandemic, the artists have created artworks that are activated by QR codes on mobile devices.
