Intro

Tales from the council estate of dodgy best friends, that rite of passage; your first arrest, dinner with your social worker and the Christmas dad went to prison. An autobiographical performace told through storytelling, singing, rapping and a loop station. Created by Conrad Murray and developed with Battersea Arts Centre, DenMarked explores the extent by which we are marked by events.

Battersea Arts Centre - Producer

Battersea Arts Centre offers opportunities for people of all generations to develop their creativity. Brand new shows are invented and performed here. We invite you in to watch early versions of shows to hear your feedback - we call this Scratch. Finished shows can use any space in our beautiful old town hall, from the attic to the artist's bedrooms to the grand hall. With over 80 rooms, some of our shows and festivals take over the whole building.

DenMarked was created through BAC's unique Scratch process.
